Here's a list of sites where you can register to get your own message board:

Hyper Boards- It's like Proboards only simpler for beginners.

Conforums- Another board for beginners, it's not very complex like Proboards or Hyperboard.

Proboards- A great message board that you can put really neat codes if you can find it. It's much better than Hyperboards.

Invision Free- If you are a Proboard owner and you want a better message forum where there's many controls in the Admin CP then this is for you.

ClicDev!- Now this message forum has very complex controls in the Admin CP, but you can add neat codes that's unlike InvisionFree or Proboards. This is only for people who know their around if they had InvisionFree.
